At Elemental Vibes, we use the Rock Identifier app to identify our stones. The app is widely used by many rockhounds and jewelers alike. Elemental Vibes has no affiliation with Rock Identifier app or company, we just trust their reliable results.

We use all nickel-free, lead-free materials. In the beginning of our journey we used stainless steel chain and beads and aluminum metal blanks. As we grow we are transitioning to finer metals using alkeme, rose gold and gold plated stamping blanks and 14k rose gold filled and gold filled chain and .925 sterling silver. As we dive more into metalsmithing, we’ll be using .925 sterling silver, copper and brass.

US Domestic Shipping
Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing your order.
Orders placed before 12pm MST will typically ship on the same day. Any orders outside of that will ship the following business day.
We ship orders daily Monday - Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Economy and expedited shipping options are available for all domestic orders. Domestic orders $100 or more qualify for free economy shipping (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
International Orders:
We do not currently ship internationally..
Large Items:
Large items will be shipped freight collect by truck or special shipping and handling charges will be added for other arrangements. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on returns.
Returns
Return Cost
Elemental Vibes is not responsible for return shipping charges and will only provide a return label in the case of damaged merchandise. If your item has been damaged, please email photos of your items to hello@elemental-vibes.com for further instruction. Please keep the original box and damaged merchandise for inspection.
30 Days to Return
Elemental Vibes gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item or the item comes back to us damaged or worn, you will not be refunded.
Custom Orders
Elemental Vibes does not accept returns on custom orders or sale items. Custom orders and sale items are final sale. .
Returns and Exchanges
All jewelry packaging must be in tact and returned with the product.
Any eligible returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and a return label will be issued to you. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once a return label is issued the item needs to be shipped within 10 days. Items in transit are not subject to a refund until the product has been returned back to Elemental Vibes. Payment will be issued within 7-10 business days after product has been received by Elemental Vibes. It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier. Items lost or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or replaced.
Repairs
Elemental Vibes is happy to accept repairs
within 90 days of purchase.
In some cases, fees may apply.

with your name, order number, photos, and a short description of your repair needs prior to shipping your item so that we can notify you if there will be a charge for your repair.
We will repair any breakage caused by any defect only within 90 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after 90 days of receipt caused by misuses or typical wear and tear will incur an additional repair fee.
Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete and all repairs are subject to shipping charges.
All repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
Elemental Vibes reserves the right to cancel orders.
